:  

Title: Assessment of Ecological Damage and NPV of futurc ecosystem services forgone on account of illegal mining sites in Subernarekha river (Odisha & West Bengal)

Sponsor of the Project: Institute of Forest Biodiversity, Hyderabad

Qualilications: MA/MSc/PhD (Economics) with skills in data handling software like STATA/R and Excel. Exposure to ATcGIS/Mapping software will be an advantage

Duration: 7 Months

Job Description: Literature review, preparing questionnaire schedule, field investigation and stakeholder survey, data collection, compilation, analysis. report writing, workshop handling.

  • Candidates before appearing for the interview shall ensure that they are eligible for the position they intended to apply.
  • Candidates desiring to appear for the lnterview should submit their applications with the lollowing documents to the office of Principal Investigator through email, by post or produce at the time of Interview.
  • Application in a plain paper with detailed CV including chronological discipline of degree/cenilicates obtained.
  • Experience including research, industrial field and others.
  • Attested copies of the degree/certificate and experience certificate.

Candidate shall bring along with them the original degree(s)/certificate(s) and experience certificate(s) at thc time ol interview for verification. Preference will be given to SC/ST candidates on equal qualifications and experience. Please note that no TA/DA is admissible for attending the interview.
