Applications are invited from Indian citizens for an online-interview for two posts of Project Associate-I in a District Disaster Management Authority Kangra (HP) funded project (IITM/DDMA-Kan/KVU/357) at IIT Mandi.

Title of the Research Project: Development and deployment of landslide monitoring system.

Project details: Development of field-based inputs, soil testing and development of framework for multi-scale alerts on landslide monitoring. We intend to develop a low-cost landslide monitoring and early warning system in this project. We also plan to deploy the developed landslide monitoring system in the landslide-affected area in Himachal Pradesh after confirming the sites at locations.

IIT Mandi reserves the right to fix higher criteria for shortlisting eligible candidates from those satisfying advertised qualifications and requirements of the project post. The interviews would be conducted in an online mode. The interview date and time, and online link will be shared by email with the shortlisted candidates before the interview.
