Details: 

We have an opening for a Technology Manager to work on an exciting multidisciplinary project in developing a process for back-end-of-the-line integration of oxides film at the scale of a semiconductor fab. It’s a technology development role to take an indigenous thin-film technology from lab to fab.

Duration of the Appointment: One year (with a provision for extension) 

Job Responsibilities:

  1. To lead a team of researchers for the design of experiments in developing a unit process to meet the required specification.
  2. To participate in device characterization and testing, especially the high-frequency electrical measurements using RF probe-station.
  3. To manage and keep track of progress reports and deliverables through necessary communication
  4. To summarize the results and publish in journals and conferences.
