Research Student/ Project Associate - I: Interface Investigation of (AlxGa1-x)2O3/Ga2O3 Heterojunctions for High Electron Mobility Transistor Applications
Details:
Project Title: “Interface Investigation of β-(AlxGa1-x)2O3/Ga2O3 Heterojunctions for High Electron Mobility Transistor Applications”.
Funding Agency: UGC DAE CSR
Duration: Initially for one-year extendable upto maximum of one year based on satisfactory performance for each post and availability of funds.
Essential Qualifications: ME/M.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering/ Nanotechnology/ Material Science/VLSI or any other domain related to the project. Valid GATE Score is mandatory. UGC NET JRF applicants may also apply.
Desirables: Candidates having hands-on experience of working in micro or nano fabrication laboratory and knowledge of simulation and modelling tools such as MATLAB will be given preference. The selected candidates will be eligible to register for the Ph.D. degree at PDPM IIITDM Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh as per the eligibility criteria against subsequent advertisement (possibly in July 2022).

1. Only Indian Nationals need to apply. The Institute reserves the right not to fill up the position if it so decides. Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
2. The candidates are required to work towards the successful completion of the project. The Institute reserves the right to terminate the appointment at any time before completion of the period if it so decides.
3. Last date for submission of online application is May 27, 2022. Written test/ interview expected to be held in first week of June 2022.
4. The interview will be conducted in online/offline mode depending on situations prevailing at that time.
5. The shortlisted candidates will be notified through email in advance. Candidates willing to attend the written test/ interview are required to submit their application by filling the google form (Referral Website Link/URL) and sending an email to pankaj.sharma@iiitdmj.ac.in with their detailed CV.
