General information for candidates applying for Summer Internship Programme:
Eligibility: Students currently pursuing 2nd Year or 3rd Year B.E./ B.Tech in EIE/ ICE/ EEE/ ECE/ CSE/ Chemical/ Biomedical/ Mechatronics or Equivalent degree in Anna University affiliated academic institutions willing to carry out Summer Internship at the Department of Instrumentation Engineering, MIT Campus, Anna University, Chennai in the areas of Electronics, Instrumentation, Control and Automation using the facility available at the Department may apply for the Internship Programme.
Fees: NIL (free)
Mode: Hybrid (Partly offline to carry out real time work and partly online)
Tenure: Not below 6 weeks and not exceeding 8 weeks.
Period: June 15 – August 15th 2022
How to apply?
Interested students may look at the profiles of faculty members of the Institute at the Anna University/ MIT website and contact them directly to get their consent. Application should be made in the prescribed format as available in MIT, Chennai website with copy of consent mail from the faculty. It has to be duly signed, scanned and then sent to mitieau@gmail.com as an email attachment with bonafide certificate and necessary enclosures before the due date. The faculty member will conduct online interview for the shortlisted candidates and selection will be intimated through the mail. The candidate has to confirm their participation once selected.

Submission of Application with faculty consent mail: Last date 10th June 2022
Selection intimation from the Dept: 13th June 2022
Confirmation from the participant: 14th June 2022
Starting of Internship: Between 15th June to 15th July 2022
