Looking Adjunct Researcher (Co-Inventor/Project Scientist as Long-term partnership) for an R&D-centric startup to scale up!

This meticulous scientist will use a strategic mindset to drive the future success of the startup by aligning teams under a laser-focused vision. With responsibility for all cross-disciplinaries areas, he/she will execute all areas of need, followings;

  • Formulate a vision for how S&T will be utilized within the company and products
  • Outline company goals and timelines for tech-driven research in Science, Technology & Engineering
  • Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy for alignment with its product mission
  • Ensure that the technological resources satisfy the company’s short and long-term needs
  • Verify all scientific/technological practices adhere to regulatory standards and compliance
  • Identify and implement innovative technologies that yield a competitive advantage
  • Manage R&D teams and the product life-cycle
  • Help departments use technology profitably and act as a mentor to team members
  • Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
  • Build quality assurance and data protection processes
  • Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance
  • Capitalize on stakeholders’ feedback to advise on necessary improvements and adjustments
  • Communicate tech-strategy to partners and promoters
  • Maintain a consumer-focused outlook, centrally on delivering product to market
  • Make executive decisions on behalf of the company’s technological requirements

This job will be located at any of DSIR recognized R&D laboratories or In-campus Research Institutions. (Chennai/Bangalore/Bhubaneswar/Delhi)
