    Abstract:

Applications: The device developed is a LoRa based 800 MHz transceiver module and it is extremely low powered. It can be used in any kind of remote monitoring, sensing and actuation appllications including the below: 1) Environmental Monitoring 2) Agriculture 3) Smart home or Green buildings 4) Pollution Monitoring 5) Teaching and RD applications
Advantages: Mostof the LoRa devices in India are imported. Also, the device offers limited customizations. However, the device developed includes the following features: 1) Feasibility for integration of multiple sensors 2) Extremely Low-power consumption (0.2 micro Amps Sleep current) 3) Formfactor is small 4) Can be easily integrated with solar supply 5) Supports more than 1.5 km range of uninterrupted transmission

Thanks to the Web, it is much easier today to have a national and regional “inventory of resources”, so as to match users with the resources they need, and to do all this in an efficient and transparent manner.

This can lead to a leap in R&D productivity and greatly enhance the effectiveness of public investment. This is the motivation behind I-STEM.
