    Abstract:

Applications: Sleep sense monitors in real time vital body parameters such as pulse rate, body temperature and breathing rate, in sleep body movement and snoring. SLEEPSENSE technology variants 1. Infant or baby monitoring system. This product consist of sleeping pad for infants. Sleeping pad has inbuilt sensor patch which senses all physiological signal from infants (heart rate, breathing rate, body movement etc.). 2. Sleep sense for adults. (Consumer products) 3. Sensor Patch system for Hospital bed A smart bed sensor patch system for every of hospital bed will makes very efficient system to monitor each patient continuously with help of mobile app. Past patient data will be used to analyzed patient condition effectively.
Advantages: Conventional methods of physiological measurement often caused discomfort by keeping subject immovable by attaching various pieces of electrodes to their bodies. A continuous and unobtrusive measurement of vital signals monitoring is desirable by everyone especially elderly patients, and new born babies. Sleepsense technology monitors physiological signal of human body unobtrusively without direct contact with body. Which makes is very convenient technology to use for monitoring neonates and elderly people. Physiological signals monitored, Heart rate, Breathing rate and pattern, Body temperature, body noises (snoring noise, gut noise, etc.), sleep and wake timings, body movements.

THE VISION
THE MISSION
ABOUT I-STEM
It has always been the basic tenet of the Government of India, in generously funding R&D efforts at academic institutions over the years, that facilities established through such support be made available to those needing them and qualified to make use of them for their own research work

However, this was never easy or straightforward for, among other reasons, there was no ready source of information of what facility was available and where. Thanks to the Web, it is much easier today to have a national and regional “inventory of resources”, so as to match users with the resources they need, and to do all this in an efficient and transparent manner.

This can lead to a leap in R&D productivity and greatly enhance the effectiveness of public investment. This is the motivation behind I-STEM.
