Essential Qualifications: Professionals having M.Sc /B.Tech / M.Tech / MBA /LLB/ LLM qualification in relevant subject with 4 to 5yrs. work experience in the areas of Intellectual Property(I.P) Management. Desirable Qualifications: - Prior Art / Patentability search, Freedom to operate / Patent validation, due diligence, Technology analysis, by using IP search tools / database and related services. - Candidates having experience in assisting innovators, startups, and small business enterprises in safeguarding their IP rights, organizing various IPR awareness programs for students/research scholars/ MSMEs/Startups will be preferred.
